Very Berry Detox Smoothie:
1 tbsp fish oil
1⁄4 cup frozen strawberries 1⁄4 cup frozen blueberries 1⁄4 cup frozen raspberries 1⁄4 cup frozen banana 1⁄4 cup chopped kale leaves1 cup filtered water

(although this recipe calls for fish oil, I would use ground flax seeds and chia seeds instead for the omega 3’s. That’s just a personal thing though…)

Obsessing over each meal  and weighing oneself everyday, many times a day, is futile. I used to do this when I could not understand why I was putting on weight especially while I was following a weight watchers regime.
Weight fluctuates. In my experience, this is when I have eaten and especially when I have recently eaten something that my body cannot deal with very well.
When I stopped eating all foods containing processed sugar I dropped about 7 lb in a week. This was obviously not fat loss. I did not stop eating thousands of calories or starve myself in any way, I just cut out my daily sweet stuff.  I wasn’t eating that much but I was regularly eating processed foods containing sugar. As I cut out the sugar I added in lots of fresh fruit to compensate but the weight still just dropped away.
I believe my body must have been bloating while dealing with the sugar which was poison to me.
